Thoracoscopic Instruments

Thoracoscopic surgical instruments are a set of slender, precise tools specifically designed for minimally invasive thoracic surgery, primarily used to perform procedures through small intercostal incisions (1-3 cm). The core components include: a thoracoscope (equipped with a light source and camera, connected to a high-definition display system) serving as the "eyes" of the surgery; and various long-handled instruments, among which the endoscopic cutting and suturing device is the most crucial tool, capable of simultaneously cutting and anastomosing blood vessels or bronchi; other instruments include lung grasping forceps for holding lung tissue, electrocautery hooks for electrocautery and hemostasis, and suction devices for exposing the surgical field. These instruments work together to minimize chest wall damage and achieve precise resection and hemostasis.
